The German Federal Pension Insurance is currently implementing one of Germany’s largest IT transformations. Corinna Schmidt was commissioned to provide strategic support and operational co-design for the change communication to ensure successful implementation.

Tasks & Content:
- Strategic consulting for the Communications and Marketing staff unit and Change Management
- Development of communication measures and content for internal and external communications
- Deriving specific communication campaigns and initiatives
- Implementation, evaluation, and further development of campaigns and communication measures
- Communication support for major events involving various internal stakeholders
- Campaign management for the introduction of the new IT system, campaign control, rollout, and evaluation
Results & Achievements:
- Successful support of the first two releases through targeted change communication
- Development and implementation of a company-wide communication strategy that positively influenced the internal and external perception of one of Germany’s largest IT transformations (€800 million, 600 employees and consultants on the project).
- Optimization of internal communication and perception of the transformation process through the introduction of new content formats (e.g., newsletters, social intranet, live communication).
- Creation of extensive C-level presentations (committee communication) on the transformation process, which contributed significantly to strategic decision-making.
