CONCLARIS combines interim management, strategic consulting, and international brand representation. We temporarily assume specialist and leadership responsibilities in marketing, communication, and transformation, advise companies on strategic alignment, positioning, and further development of their structures, and support selected premium brands in entering international markets.
We combine strategic clarity with operational execution power. We work directly, loyally, and solution-oriented – at eye level with management, department heads, and internal stakeholders.
Corinna Schmidt
Managing Director and Shareholder
Corinna Schmidt has been taking on temporary leadership and consulting roles as an Executive Interim Manager since 2016, including Head of Marketing, Head of Communications, and strategic project lead in transformation processes. Her experience is based on many years of responsibility in corporations, agencies, and medium-sized businesses. Typical of her style: clear analysis, quick grasp of complex interrelationships, high implementation focus, hands-on mentality.
THE CONCLARIS BRAND
combines several levels.
“Con” stands for together, connected, collaborative. “Claris” means the clear ones, the significant ones, the best ones. Both are derived from Latin.
At the same time, CONCLARIS is the fusion of the names of the two founders. As a German-Iranian founding team, we combine different cultural perspectives, international networks, and a common goal: making complexity tangible, taking responsibility, and actively shaping change
